A fourth person has died from injuries caused by an alleged drunk driver who plowed through a crowd at the SXSW music festival in Austin on March 13, PopCrush reports.

18-year-old DeAndre Tatum from Fort Worth passed away today (Mar. 27) after being hospitalized in critical condition and in a coma since the accident.

Tatum is the fourth victim killed after 21-year-old Rashad Owens of Killeen struck concert-goers with his car after being chased by police. 26-year-old Austin student Sandy Thuy Lee died on March 16, three days after the accident, while 27-year-old Jamie West and 35-year-old Steven Craenmehr were killed in the collision. Tatum’s girlfriend, Curtisha Davis, 19 was released from the hospital on March 18. She had also suffered critical injuries from the crash.

Owens has been charged with one count of capital murder, but more charges will likely be added on later, including another charge of capital murder and 23 charges of aggravated assault with a vehicle. He remains in police custody and a judge has set his bail at $3 million.
