Alicia Keys has teamed with Kendrick Lamar on the Pharrell-produced “It’s on Again,” which appears on the soundtrack to the upcoming Amazing Spider-Man 2.

It opens with Lamar’s spitfire rhyming over Keys’ piano and Hans Zimmer’s orchestra, then morphs into an R&B/disco hybrid, most likely thanks to Pharrell.

The single will be available on iTunes on April 1, with the full soundtrack coming three weeks later. The film, starring Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, hits U.S. theaters on May 2.
